SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). International orders (except Russia) will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide (3-5 business days). Russia will be shipped via FedEx International Priority (5-7 business days). International orders are subject to duties and fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently offer free domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders. Free shipping to Canada via DHL Express Worldwide on all orders over $200. Free shipping to the rest of the world on all orders over $300. Orders to Russia that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via FedEx International Economy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in re-sellable condition in order for a refund or exchange to be issued. Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable. Contact us with your name, email address and order number to initiate the process.
DISCOUNT & SALE POLICY
All discounted items and items purchased with a promotional code are final sale. Discounts and sale pricing cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
